1. Publisher Eligibility

Creators must maintain accurate account details and complete required verification steps for payouts and tax compliance.

Creator accounts may require additional identity or business checks for high-risk activity, elevated sales volume, or anti-fraud controls.

2. Content Ownership and Rights

You may only publish assets, source code, media, and files that you own or are fully authorized to distribute.

If you submit open-source content, you must provide the correct repository/license information and ensure license compatibility.

If a third-party rights claim is validated, the listing may be removed and payouts paused while disputes are resolved.

3. Security and Quality Requirements

Uploads are scanned and may be blocked or quarantined for suspicious or malicious patterns.

Obfuscated, unsafe, or deceptive binaries may be rejected even if no direct exploit is confirmed.

Creators are responsible for secure coding standards, updates, and clear release notes for end users.

4. Licensing and Support Obligations

You must configure license policies responsibly, including slot limits, expiry behavior, and enforcement mode.

If you provide premium products, license validation paths and support contacts must be kept operational.

Misleading license restrictions or intentional lockouts may lead to listing removal or enforcement action.

5. Pricing, Plans, and Fees

Listings may use supported pricing models: free, one-time, subscription, and pay-what-you-want where enabled.

Platform fees, plan entitlements, and payout controls are applied according to active creator plan and account risk profile.

Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks can affect revenue reporting and payout timing.

6. Team and Affiliate Responsibility

If you configure team payout splits, you are responsible for keeping recipient ownership, percentages, and tax obligations accurate.

If you run commissions, referrals, or affiliate-style campaigns, you are responsible for honoring your external commitments unless prohibited by law or policy.

7. Enforcement and Appeals

Listings can be set to pending, rejected, removed, or quarantined based on moderation/security outcomes.

Repeated policy violations may result in creator privileges being reduced, suspended, or terminated.

Creators may submit clarifications through support tickets for manual review.
