How do I download a purchase?

Which file types are allowed?
Plugins and mods accept .jar files. Models accept common 3D assets and archives. Maps/configs accept .zip, .rar, or .7z.
How does fingerprinting work?
Every paid download is watermarked with a lightweight license file tied to your account and order. It does not affect gameplay but helps deter piracy.
How do I update an asset?
From Creator Dashboard, open the asset manager, upload a new version, and add your changelog. Updates become available to entitled users.
Can I refund a purchase?
Refunds follow the published Refund Policy and depend on delivery state, defect evidence, and legal requirements. Open a billing support ticket with your order ID and proof.
How do I report stolen content?
Use the piracy report form or contact support with proof of ownership and links to the offending content.
Why is my account restricted?
Restrictions can apply after repeated policy violations. Contact support to appeal or request more details.
How do creator payouts work for marketplace sales?
Marketplace payments are held for 24 hours for review. Buyers can confirm delivery from Purchases for faster release. Default platform commission is 8% of subtotal (excluding tax), and tax/VAT is calculated from checkout rules.
Which payment methods are supported?
Secure checkout supports Stripe and PayPal (region/provider availability may vary). The checkout page shows the payment methods available for your order.
